    Stimularea participarii la educatie si prevenirea abandonului scolar a 278 de copii cu parinti plecati la munca in strainatate (8 nivel prescolar, 120 nivel primar, 120 nivel gimnazial si 30 nivel secundar superior, din care 28 romi, 42 din mediul rural si 2 elevi cu dizabilitati) din Regiunea Sud Est in contextul egalitatii de sanse (minimum 30% vor fi fete) prin asigurarea unui pachet de servicii educationale, psihosociale de sprijin, activitati recreative si de socializare, activitati de sprijin acordate acestora, in paralel cu servicii de educatie parentala si consiliere sociala pentru parintii / tutorii / persoanele care au in grija elevii din grupul tinta si crearea unei structuri comunitare consultative sustinute printr-o campanie dinamica si participativa de informare si constientizare a publicului tinta privind obligatiile legale care revin parintilor la plecarea din tara si efectele negative ale plecarii parintilor asupra elevilor ramasi acasa. Proiectul contribuie in mod direct la realizarea scopului apelului de proiecte si la realizarea obiectivelor specifice 6.2 si 6.3 prin participarea a 278 de copii cu parinti plecati la munca in strainatate la activitatile educationale, psihosociale si recreative si prin asigurarea serviciilor de educatie parentala si de consiliere sociala pentru parintii / tutorii / persoanele care au in grija elevii din grupul tinta. Pe termen scurt si mediu, avand in vedere durata de 3 ani a proiectului, participarea copiilor la activitatile proiectului este sustinuta si de activitatile de sprijin, respectiv asigurarea hranei calde prin serviciu de catering, a rechizitelor, a subventiilor, precum si prin crearea unui mediu propice dezvoltarii, cum ar fi dotarile sportive, ori prin specificul atractiv al activitatilor, respectiv clubul de robotica, cel de arta, sau prin aportul activitatilor la dezvoltarea personala, pregatirea pentru viata si imbunatatirea rezultatelor scolare prin programul de aprofundare / consolidare / performanta. Pe termen lung, in perioada de sustenabilitate se va continua sustinerea copiilor de nivel prescolar, nivel primar, nivel gimnazial si nivel secundar superior prin asigurarea serviciilor educationale create prin proiect, timp de 20 luni dupa finalizarea implementarii proiectului.     Stimulating participation in education and prevention of school abandonment of 278 children with parents gone to work abroad (8 preschool level, 120 primary level, 120 secondary level and 30 upper secondary level, of which 28 Roma, 42 from rural areas and 2 students with disabilities) from South East region in the context of equal opportunities (minimum 30 % will be girls) by providing a package of educational, psychosocial support services, recreational activities and socialisation activities, support activities provided to them, in parallel with parental education services and social counseling for parents/guardians/persons who care about the participation of the students in the community and the participation of the participants in the community group. The project contributes directly to the goal of the call for projects and to the achievement of specific objectives 6.2 and 6.3 through the participation of 278 children with parents gone to work abroad in educational, psychosocial and recreational activities and by providing parental education and social counseling services for parents/guardians/persons who care for the students in the target group. In the short and medium term, taking into account the 3-year duration of the project, the participation of children in the project activities is also supported by the support activities, namely the provision of hot food through catering service, supplies, subsidies, as well as by creating an environment conducive to development, such as sports facilities, or by the attractive specifics of the activities, namely the robotics club, the art, or the contribution of the activities to personal development, preparation for life and improvement of school results through the deepening/consolidation/performance program. In the long term, during the sustainability period will continue to support children at preschool level, primary level, secondary level and upper secondary level by providing educational services created by the project, for 20 months after the completion of the project implementation.     C) Encourager la participation à l ‘éducation et la prévention de l’ abandon scolaire de 278 enfants dont les parents sont allés travailler à l ‘étranger (8 niveaux préscolaires, 120 niveaux primaire, 120 niveaux secondaire et 30 niveaux secondaire supérieur, dont 28 Roms, 42 des zones rurales et 2 élèves handicapés) de la région du Sud-Est dans le cadre de l’ égalité des chances (au moins 30 % seront des filles) en fournissant un ensemble de services d ‘éducation, de soutien psychosocial, d’ activités récréatives et de socialisation, parallèlement aux services d ‘éducation parentale et de conseils sociaux aux parents/tuteurs/personnes qui s’ occupent de la participation des élèves dans la communauté et de la participation des participants au groupe communautaire. Le projet contribue directement à l’objectif de l’appel à projets et à la réalisation des objectifs spécifiques 6.2 et 6.3 grâce à la participation de 278 enfants dont les parents sont allés travailler à l’étranger dans des activités éducatives, psychosociales et récréatives et en fournissant des services d’éducation parentale et de conseil social aux parents/tuteurs/personnes qui s’occupent des élèves du groupe cible. À court et moyen terme, compte tenu de la durée de trois ans du projet, la participation des enfants aux activités du projet est également soutenue par les activités de soutien, à savoir la fourniture de plats chauds par le biais d’un service de restauration, de fournitures, de subventions, ainsi que par la création d’un environnement propice au développement, tels que les installations sportives, ou par les spécificités attrayantes des activités, à savoir le club de robotique, l’art, ou la contribution des activités au développement personnel, à la préparation à la vie et à l’amélioration des résultats scolaires grâce au programme d’approfondissement/de consolidation/de performance. À long terme, pendant la période de durabilité, les enfants du niveau préscolaire, du primaire, du secondaire et du deuxième cycle de l’enseignement secondaire continueront de bénéficier des services éducatifs créés dans le cadre du projet, pendant 20 mois après l’achèvement de la mise en œuvre du projet.
