Riešenie aktuálnych problémov vzdelávania formou integrácie a inklúzie nie je možné bez pedagogických a odborných zamestnancov ako facilitátorov procesu na uspokojovanie individuálnych potrieb každého dieťaťa v rámci edukácie a výchovy. Cieľom tohto projektu je vytvorenie optimálnych podmienok pre každého žiaka základnej školy, nastavenie takého kurikula v procese vzdelávania, ktoré zabezpečí nasýtenie sociálnych, výchovných, emocionálnych, resp. individuálnych potrieb žiakov zapojených do projektu, a tým prispieť k rozširovaniu vplyvu inklúzie, dosahovanie rovnakého prístupu ku kvalitnému vzdelávaniu pre všetkých a zlepšovanie výsledkov a kompetencií žiakov.Aktivitami projektu sa budú zainteresovaní odborní a pedagogickí zamestnanci venovať adaptácií žiakov, podpore prekonávania ich individuálnych bariér, mentoringu, orientačnej diagnostike, poradenstvu a systematickej práci so žiakmi ZŠ vrátane žiakov so ŠVVP. Inkluzívny tím Základnej školy, Kubranská 80, Trenčín (ďalej len „ZŠ Kubranská“) bude individuálnym ako aj spoločným úsilím uskutočňovať podporu, rozvoj, aplikáciu a kontinuálnu implementáciu princípov inkluzívneho modelu vzdelávania a výchovy. Cieľom inkluzívneho tímu bude eliminácia výskytov predčasného ukončovania školskej dochádzky, zvyšovanie kvality vzdelávania s pozitívnymi dopadmi nielen pre žiakov so ŠVVP ale aj ich spolužiakov, ktorí čelia potenciálnym negatívnym vplyvom svojho okolia v rámci výchovno-vzdelávacieho procesu prebiehajúceho v školskom zariadení. Solving current problems of education through integration and inclusion is not possible without pedagogical and professional staff as process facilitators to meet the individual needs of each child in education and education. The aim of this project is to create optimal conditions for each primary school pupil, to set such a curriculum in the education process, which will ensure the saturation of the social, educational, emotional, or individual needs of pupils involved in the project, thus contributing to widening the impact of inclusion, achieving equal access to quality education for all and improving the results and competences of pupils. The activities of the project will focus on the adaptation of pupils, support for overcoming their individual barriers, mentoring, guidance, counselling and systematic work with pupils from elementary schools, including those with secondary education. The inclusive team of the Elementary School, Kubranská 80, Trenčín (hereinafter referred to as “the school Kubranská”) will carry out the support, development, application and continuous implementation of the principles of an inclusive model of education and education through individual and joint efforts. The goal of the inclusive team will be to eliminate the occurrence of early school leaving, to improve the quality of education with positive impacts not only for pupils with SCE but also for their classmates, who face potential negative impacts of their surroundings in the educational process taking place in the school establishment. Il n’est pas possible de résoudre les problèmes actuels de l’éducation par l’intégration et l’inclusion sans un personnel pédagogique et professionnel qui facilite les processus pour répondre aux besoins individuels de chaque enfant en matière d’éducation et d’éducation. L’objectif de ce projet est de créer des conditions optimales pour chaque élève de l’école primaire, de mettre en place un tel programme dans le processus éducatif qui assurera la saturation des besoins sociaux, éducatifs, émotionnels ou individuels des élèves participant au projet, contribuant ainsi à élargir l’impact de l’inclusion, à assurer l’égalité d’accès à une éducation de qualité pour tous et à améliorer les résultats et les compétences des élèves. L’équipe inclusive de l’école primaire, Kubranská 80, Trenčín (ci-après dénommée «l’école Kubranská») effectuera le soutien, le développement, l’application et la mise en œuvre continue des principes d’un modèle inclusif d’éducation et d’éducation par des efforts individuels et conjoints. L’objectif de l’équipe inclusive sera d’éliminer les cas de décrochage scolaire, d’améliorer la qualité de l’éducation avec des effets positifs non seulement pour les élèves ayant des CPE, mais aussi pour leurs camarades de classe, qui sont confrontés à des effets négatifs potentiels de leur environnement dans le processus éducatif qui se déroule dans l’établissement scolaire.
