Namen projekta je odprava suma socialne in fizične degradacije na degradiranih urbanih območjih . S tem namenom bo izvedena prenova 26 stanovanj na 16 lokacijah v Mestni občini Celje zaradi zagotovitve ustreznih stanovanjskih enot za oddajo. Stanovanja, ki so predmet projekta so v takšnem stanju, da brez izvedbe nujnih investicijsko vzdrževalnih ukrepov ne bi dosegli minimalnih bivalnih standardov. (Slovenian)

The aim of the project is to eliminate suspicions of social and physical degradation in degraded urban areas. To this end, the renovation of 26 dwellings at 16 locations in the Municipality of Celje will be carried out in order to provide suitable housing units for rent. The dwellings which are the subject of the project are in such a condition that, without carrying out the necessary investment maintenance measures, they would not achieve minimum living standards. L’objectif du projet est d’éliminer les soupçons de dégradation sociale et physique dans les zones urbaines dégradées. À cette fin, la rénovation de 26 logements sur 16 sites de la municipalité de Celje sera réalisée afin de fournir des logements convenables à louer. Les logements qui font l’objet du projet sont dans une condition telle que, sans mettre en œuvre les mesures d’entretien nécessaires, ils n’atteindraient pas un niveau de vie minimum. (French)
