**_Les objectifs du projet_ :** Le projet vise l'intégration d'un conseiller d'insertion professionnel dédié dans le cadre d'un accompagnement vers et dans le logement permettant ainsi d'optimiser un parcours résidentiel . Cette configuration permet : D'accueillir les jeunes en recherche d'emploi et en demande d'accès au logement ou en rupture d'hébergement en corrélant leurs démarches "logement" avec celles de leur insertion professionnelle. Cette pluridisciplinarité au niveau du CLLAJ correspond au format d’équipe déjà présent au sein de la Résidence Sociale des Bords de Seine. Nous obtenons un gain de temps dans le parcours global qui traite simultanément l'emploi et le logement. D'accélérer le parcours résidentiel en sécurisant les situations professionnelles. Cette configuration présente la forme d'une équipe opérationnelle dans laquelle jeune et professionnels (Conseiller d'insertion, Travailleurs sociaux et conseiller logement) intervient de façon concertée et réactive en fonction des démarches et des opportunités au niveau de logement et de l'emploi. Ainsi, dans le cadre de l'accompagnement du CLLAJ, le CISP intervient en parallèle sur l'accès à l'emploi et/ou la stabilisation dans l'emploi. Il intervient sur les jeunes les plus fragilisés et en complément du droit commun. Il propose un suivi individualisé et des phases collectives d'accompagnement pour permettre leur socialisation et caser l'isolement. **_Les principales actions_ :** Une seule action compose cette opération. L'opération présentée est homogène et ne nécessite effectivement pas d'être découpée en action. Cependant, le candidat fait état des méthodes pédagogiques suivantes : * suivi et coordination des parcours jusqu’à l’emploi consolidé ou l’entrée en formation, * Articulation des mesures pour assurer la cohérence des parcours notamment par l’entrée sur des chantiers écoles, les passerelles entreprises, les formations, * Articulation avec les démarches d’accès au logement **_Les résultats attendus_ :** Les résultats attendus découlent du descriptif de l'opération soit, l’insertion professionnelle effective par le biais d’un accompagnement vers et dans le logement. Et, conformément aux attendus de l'appel à projets notamment au point 2.5 relatif aux principes d'action du PLIE Nord Essonne, un référent PLIE en équivalent temps plein doit avoir: * un portefeuille de 90 participants * 35 nouvelles entrées de participants par an * 15 sorties positives par an **_Les publics ciblés_ :** Le candidat a décrit les publics cibles de l'opération soit les jeunes adultes de 16 à 30 ans du territoire du PLIE en difficulté d’insertion professionnelle, présentant des freins à l’emploi important et ayant une problématique de logement. Une attention particulière sera portée à l’intégration des jeunes femmes et une vigilance accrue sur l’identification du handicap. (French)

**_The objectives of the project_:** The project aims to integrate a dedicated professional integration counsellor as part of a support to and in the housing, thus optimising a residential pathway. This configuration allows: To welcome young people in search of employment and in request for access to housing or breaking up housing by correlating their “housing” procedures with those of their professional integration. This multi-disciplinarity at the CLLAJ corresponds to the team format already present within the Residence Sociale des Bords de Seine. We gain time in the overall journey that simultaneously deals with employment and housing. To speed up the residential journey by securing professional situations. This configuration presents the form of an operational team in which young and professional (integration counsellor, social workers and housing advisor) intervenes in a concerted and reactive way depending on the approaches and opportunities at housing and employment level. Thus, as part of the support of the CLLAJ, the CISP intervenes in parallel on access to employment and/or stabilisation in employment. It intervenes on the most vulnerable young people and in addition to the ordinary law. It proposes individualised follow-up and collective support phases to enable them to socialise and break isolation. **_The main actions_:** Only one action consists of this operation. The operation presented is homogeneous and does not need to be cut into action. However, the candidate shall state the following teaching methods: * monitoring and coordination of pathways up to consolidated employment or entry into training, * Articulation of measures to ensure the consistency of the journeys, notably by entering school yards, walkways enterprises, training courses, * Articulation with the procedures for accessing housing **_The expected results_:** The expected results result from the description of the operation either, effective professional integration through support to and into housing. And, in accordance with the expectations of the call for projects in particular in point 2.5 on the principles for action of the North Essonne PLIE, a full-time equivalent PLIE reference must have: * a portfolio of 90 participants * 35 new entrants per year * 15 positive exits per year **_Target audiences_:** The applicant described the target audiences of the operation: young adults aged 16 to 30 from the PLIE territory in difficulty of occupational integration, with significant barriers to employment and having housing problems. Particular attention will be paid to the integration of young women and increased vigilance on the identification of disability. (English)
