Velik dio starijih i nemoćnih osoba nemaju pomoć u kućanstvu i svakodnevnim poslovima. Time se primiču ili već pripadaju ranjivoj skupini u opasnosti od siromaštva ili socijalnoj isključenosti. Drugu ranjivu skupinu čine nezaposlene ženske osobe. Cilj je kroz projekt osposobiti i zaposliti 12 ženskih osoba u općini Crnac koje će pružanjem svakodnevne pomoći u kućanstvu povećati kvalitetu života za 60 krajnjih korisnika čime će pozitivno doprinijeti svojoj i njihovoj socijalnoj uključenosti. A large proportion of older and powerless persons do not have domestic assistance and business in everyday life. This is passed on either to the vulnerable group at risk of poverty or social exclusion. Another vulnerable group is made up of female unemployed persons. The aim of the project is to train and recruit 12 women in the Red Sea, which will increase the quality of life for 60 final recipients by providing daily subsistence assistance, thereby contributing positively to their social inclusion. Une grande partie des personnes âgées et infirmes n’ont pas d’aide dans le ménage et le travail quotidien. Il en résulte ou appartient déjà à un groupe vulnérable exposé au risque de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale. L’autre groupe vulnérable est celui des femmes au chômage. L’objectif du projet est de former et d’employer 12 femmes dans la municipalité de Crnac qui amélioreront la qualité de vie de 60 utilisateurs finaux en fournissant une aide quotidienne au sein du ménage, contribuant ainsi positivement à leur inclusion sociale.
