Glavni cilj projekta je jačanje tržišne pozicije i konkurentnosti društva Lama sigurnosni sustavi d.o.o. ulaganjem u sustav za praćenje, kontrolu i upravljanje dokumentacijom (USPP) čime će se postići optimizacija poslovnih procesa. Projektom se adresira problem nemogućnosti optimalnog upravljanja zadacima zaposlenih, nemogućnosti praćenja tijeka dokumenta u poslovanju uz nepostojanje kvalitetne strukturirane digitalne baze. Provedbom projekta Prijavitelj nabavlja i implementira IKT rješenje kojim će unaprijediti 8 poslovnih procesa. Glavni rezultat projekta je nabavljeno i implementirano sveobuhvatno IKT rješenje za optimizaciju i unaprjeđenje poslovnih procesa. Koristi od projekta imat će izravno društvo, klijenti, dobavljači. The main objective of the project is to strengthen the market position and competitiveness of Lama Security Systems d.o.o. by investing in the documentation monitoring, control and management system (USPP), which will lead to the optimisation of business processes. Addressing the problem of unoptimal management of job assignment, the inability to monitor the progress of the document in doing business, with the lack of a quality structured digital database. By implementing the project, the applicant acquires and implements an ICT solution that will improve the 8 business processes. The main result of the project is the acquired and implemented comprehensive ICT solution to optimise and improve business processes. The benefits of the project will be the direct business, customers, suppliers. (English)

L’objectif principal du projet est de renforcer la position sur le marché et la compétitivité de Lama Security Systems Ltd. en investissant dans le système de suivi, de contrôle et de gestion de la documentation (USPP), qui permettra d’optimiser les processus d’affaires. Le projet aborde le problème de l’incapacité de gérer de manière optimale les tâches des employés, l’incapacité de suivre le cours du document en entreprise sans une base numérique structurée de qualité. En mettant en œuvre le projet, la requérante acquiert et met en œuvre une solution TIC qui améliorera huit processus opérationnels. Le principal résultat du projet est l’acquisition et la mise en œuvre d’une solution informatique globale pour l’optimisation et l’amélioration des processus opérationnels. Le projet bénéficiera directement de l’entreprise, des clients, des fournisseurs. (French)
