Osnovni problem u poslovanju predstavlja nedostatak strojeva i opreme te premali proizvodni kapaciteti. Zbog čestih kvarova prisutni su zastoji u proizvodnji koji utječu na proizvodnost iprofitabilnost.Cilj projekta je nabava novih strojeva i opreme te značajno povećanje kapaciteta kao i nova zapošljavanja.Ciljne skupine koje su obuhvaćene projektnim aktivnostima su:- prijavitelj - povećanje prihoda od prodaje i izvoza- zaposlenici - poboljšanje radnih uvjeta, usavršavanje- krajnji korisnici - kvalitetniji proizvodi i usluge po konkurentnijim cijenama- JLS - smanjenje nezaposlenosti, poticanje i promocija poduzetništva (Croatian)

Le principal problème dans les entreprises est le manque de machines et d’équipements et l’insuffisance des capacités de production.
