    Rekonstrueeritakse vana, amortiseerunud ja energiakulukas tänavavalgustustaristu. Energiakulukad valgustid vahetatakse välja kaasaegsete, energiat säästvate LED valgustite vastu. Kaotatakse ära massiivsed, tänavapilti risustavad õhukaablid millised asendatakse maakaablitega. Ehitatakse välja tänavavalgustuse juhtimissüsteem, mille abil on võimalik paindlikult, efektiivselt ja energiasäästlikult juhtida tänavavalgustuse toimimist ja suurendatakse sellega elektrienergia kasutamise efektiivsust.     Old, depreciated and energy-intensive street lighting infrastructure is being reconstructed. Energy-intensive luminaires are replaced by modern, energy-saving LED luminaires. Massive, street-crossing air cables will be eliminated which will be replaced by underground cables. A street lighting control system will be built, allowing flexible, efficient and energy efficient control of the operation of street lighting, thereby increasing the efficiency of the use of electricity.     L’ancienne infrastructure d’éclairage public dépréciée et à forte intensité énergétique est en cours de reconstruction. Les luminaires à forte consommation d’énergie sont remplacés par des luminaires LED modernes et économes en énergie. Les câbles d’air massifs qui traversent les rues seront éliminés, qui seront remplacés par des câbles souterrains. Un système de commande de l’éclairage public sera mis en place, permettant un contrôle flexible, efficace et économe en énergie du fonctionnement de l’éclairage public, augmentant ainsi l’efficacité de l’utilisation de l’électricité.
