Projekta mērķis ir samazināt plūdu apdraudējumu Līvbērzes pagastā, palielināt pagasta iedzīvotāju drošību, tādējādi veicinot uzņēmējdarbības attīstību teritorijā un uzlabojot iedzīvotāju dzīves kvalitāti poldera teritorijā. Projekta galvenās darbības ir Ruduļu poldera aizsargdambja D-1 Līvbērzes pagastā, Jelgavas novadā atjaunošana.Tai skaitā projektēšana, būvdarbu veikšana, būvuzraudzība, autoruzraudzība un projekta vadība. Projekta izpildes rezultātā tiks atjaunots Ruduļu poldera aizsargdambja D-1, samazinot plūdu draudus 253 Līvbērzes pagasta iedzīvotājiem, kas dzīvo plūdu draudu skartajā 3498 ha Līvbērzes pagasta teritorijā. Pēc projekta īstenošanas tiks palielināta dabas teritoriju vērtība, pievilcīgums un nodrošināta produktīva teritorijas izmantošana. Projekta īstenošanas kopējās izmaksas ir 513 186,50 EUR, no kuriem ERAF atbalsta apjoms ir 85% jeb 436 208,53 EUR. Projekta īstenošanu plānots uzsākt 2017. gada aprīlī un pabeigt 2018. gada maijā. Projekta atbalstāmās darbības - būvdarbu projektēšana ir uzsākta 2016. gada maijā pirms līguma par projekta īstenošanu parakstīšanu. (Latvian)

The aim of the project is to reduce flood risk in Līvbērze parish, to increase security of inhabitants of the parish, thus promoting the development of entrepreneurship in the territory and improving the quality of life of inhabitants in poldera territory. The main activities of the project are the Ruduļu polder guard dam in D-1 Līvbērze parish, restoration of the Jelgava Municipality, including designing, execution of construction works, construction supervision, author supervision and project management. As a result of the project, the guard dam D-1 of the Rudules polder will be restored, reducing the flood risk to 253 inhabitants of Livberze parish, living in the territory of Livberze parish affected by flood threats. After the implementation of the project, the value, attractiveness and productive use of the territory will be increased. The total cost of project implementation is EUR 513186,50, of which ERDF support amount is 85 % or EUR 436208,53. Project implementation is planned to start in April 2017 and finish in May 2018. The project’s supported activities – construction works were started in May 2016 before the signing of the contract for the implementation of the project. (English)

L’objectif du projet est de réduire les risques d’inondation dans la paroisse de Līvbērze, d’accroître la sécurité des habitants de la paroisse, de promouvoir ainsi le développement des affaires sur le territoire et d’améliorer la qualité de vie des habitants du territoire polder. Les principales activités du projet sont la remise en état du barrage de protection du polder de la paroisse D-1 Līvbērze, dans le comté de Jelgava, qui comprend la conception, les travaux de construction, la supervision de la construction, la supervision de l’auteur et la gestion du projet. Grâce à ce projet, le mannequin de protection D-1 du polder ruduli sera rétabli, réduisant ainsi le risque d’inondation à 253 habitants de la paroisse de Livberze vivant sur le territoire de la paroisse de Līvbērze touchée par la menace d’inondation de 3 498 ha. Après la mise en œuvre du projet, la valeur, l’attractivité et l’utilisation productive du site seront accrues. Le coût total de la mise en œuvre du projet s’élève à 513 186,50 EUR, dont le montant du soutien du FEDER s’élève à 85 %, soit 436 208,53 EUR. La mise en œuvre du projet devrait débuter en avril 2017 et s’achever en mai 2018. Activités soutenues par le projet — la conception des travaux de construction a débuté en mai 2016 avant la signature du contrat de mise en œuvre du projet. (French)
