Det övergripande och långsiktiga målet för projektet är att de små- och medelstora företagen i Blekinge inom Marin Teknik, Telecom/IT och eHälsa ska ha ökat sin innovationsförmåga och stärkt sin konkurrenskraft genom samverkan och etablering av tre test-arenor. Syftet med projektet är primärt att skapa öppna test-arenor i de tre fokusområdena Marin Teknik, Telecom/IT och eHälsa i vilka projektägaren under projekttiden ska genomföra sex konkreta utvecklingsprojekt. Projektmålet är att 30 företag och organisationer inom Marin Teknik, Telecom/IT och eHälsa ska samarbeta med forskningsinstitutioner med syfte att utveckla nya eller vidareutveckla existerande produkter, tjänster eller processer. De sex utvecklingsprojekten fokuserar på att; 1) Utveckla tekniska stöd i hemmet för personer med kronisk hjärtsvikt. 2) Utveckla IKT-stöd för personer med kognitiv svikt 3) Skapa en testbädd för systemintegration mellan olika sensorer och undervattensteknik/dykare. 4) Skapa en testbädd för systemintegrering inom undervattensteknik. 5) Utveckla ett effektivt sätt att upptäcka "hosts" i ett IPv6-nätverk och att skapa en testbädd för ITsäkerhet. 6) Utveckla ett strukturerat sätt att koppla upp, analysera och presentera data och att genom detta skapa en testbädd för Internet of Things. Den utvecklingssamverkan mellan forskare, företag och offentliga aktörer som projektet ska skapa förväntas bygga en grund för en långsiktig och hållbar testbäddsmiljö inom Blue Science Park. The overall and long-term goal of the project is that the small and medium-sized companies in Blekinge in Marin Teknik, Telecom/IT and eHealth should have increased their innovation capacity and strengthened their competitiveness through the collaboration and establishment of three test arenas. The aim of the project is primarily to create open test arenas in the three focus areas Marin Teknik, Telecom/IT and eHealth in which the project owner will carry out six concrete development projects during the project period. The project goal is that 30 companies and organisations within Marin Teknik, Telecom/IT and eHealth should collaborate with research institutions with the aim of developing new or further developing existing products, services or processes. The six development projects focus on that; 1) Develop technical support at home for people with chronic heart failure. 2) Develop ICT support for people with cognitive impairment 3) Create a test bed for system integration between different sensors and underwater technology/divers. 4) Create a test bed for system integration in underwater technology. 5) Develop an efficient way to detect “hosts” in an IPv6 network and to create a test bed for IT security. 6) Develop a structured way of connecting, analysing and presenting data and thereby creating a test bed for the Internet of Things. The development collaboration between researchers, companies and public actors that the project will create is expected to build a foundation for a long-term and sustainable test bed environment within Blue Science Park.
