Vosgelis a construit de nombreux logements dans les années 70 dans le quartier Kellerman. Une précédente opération a permis d'isoler 64 logements. Cette nouvelle opération qui s'inscrit dans un planning global QPV, doit permettre une amélioration thermique de 80 logements. Les objectifs visés sont les suivants : - Diminution des charges des locataires - Apporter un surplus de confort en supprimant les parois froides - S'assurer d'une bonne ventilation des logements - Redonner de l'attractivité aux bâtiments (French)

Vosgelis built many housing units in the 1970s in the Kellerman district. A previous operation resulted in the isolation of 64 dwellings. This new operation, which is part of an overall QPV schedule, is intended to allow a thermal improvement of 80 dwellings.
