La commune de Branne a décidé dans le cadre d'un projet de réhabilitation de son ancien presbytère de choisir pour le chauffage une chaudière à granulés de bois et de l'adapter à un réseau de chaleur entre 3 bâtiments communaux voisins : le presbytère, la mairie avec un logement à l'étage et un petit locatif de deux appartements. Ainsi, elle contribue à développer l'énergie renouvelable bois et à réduire le coût financier du chauffage dans les bâtiments. (French)

The commune of Branne decided as part of a project to rehabilitate its former presbytery to choose for heating a wood pellet boiler and to adapt it to a heating network between 3 neighbouring communal buildings: the presbytery, the town hall with an apartment upstairs and a small rental of two apartments.
