**_Objectifs visés_** **L’opération Animation du PLIE** s’articule autour de 3 piliers : -L'animation des parcours * l’animation du réseau des « référents de parcours » PLIE, * L’identification des situations à risque… * L’animation du réseau des prescripteurs et des partenaires mobilisés dans le cadre de la mise en ½uvre des parcours PLIE (commission de suivi des parcours, comité de suivi PLIE - Pole Emploi). * l’élaboration des procédures de suivi de la réalisation des objectifs du PLIE, * L’élaboration de méthodes et d’outils permettant l’amélioration de l’offre d’accompagnement des publics PLIE. * La participations aux différentes commissions du territoire ayant attrait à l’organisation des parcours d’insertion (commission RSA, commission CCAS, commission TH, commission mobilité). * Le contrôle des dossiers des participants (vérification de la complétude, contrôle de la conformité des sorties, archivage). -L'animation de la programmation * la mise en oeuvre du protocole et des orientations définies par le comité de pilotage, * l’animation globale du dispositif (comité technique, comité de pilotage), * l’animation du réseau des partenaires du PLIE et des conventions de partenariats, * le lien avec l’ensemble des acteurs locaux concernés par la mise en oeuvre du PLIE, * le suivi pédagogique des conventions établies avec les opérateurs, * le développement d’actions permettant de répondre aux besoins des publics. -L'animation territoriale * La mise en ½uvre du volet emploi du contrat de ville. * La participation aux instances locales de l’emploi, de la formation et de l’insertion (PTI, CDIAE, conférence des financeurs de l’IAE, SPE…). * L’animation du plan d’action pour l’emploi dans les quartiers prioritaires.
