Oasis offers an accompaniment of isolated men in situations of exclusion far removed from employment: homeless, family or marital breakdowns, outings in a closed environment or alternative to prison, excluded from institutions, businesses or drop-outs. OASIS’s ambition is first of all to welcome: ‘host/feed and then direct and accompany towards the resumption of activity by removing the barriers to employment. The shelter “the stopover” allows to welcome 4 people in emergency (6 in winter) and then 8 people in stabilisation with resumption of activity including 2 independent studios for the final step towards autonomy. After a period of personalised stabilisation to each situation, usually from one month to one year, a 6-month CDDI job renewable in ACI (Resource, Recycling and Friperie) is offered to those who are approached when the conditions of employment are met.
