**This Social Promotion Action** is an action created in 2007 for a mixed audience, beneficiaries of the RSA. The aim is to welcome and complete a cohort of 25 RSA beneficiaries, through the creation and maintenance of a vegetable garden. The project is designed for a public benefiting from the RSA who is remote from employment and living in rural areas (without public transport) whose singularity is to remove from the outset the additional obstacle posed to these people by the problem of mobility and for a Cennaese ogglomeration audience. We propose to “go to meet” women and men benefiting from the RSA living in the pre-bocage and in the Caennaese agglomeration. “Go to meet” means that we set up a flexible shuttle system and we offer them an “anchor point”, which means an activity that is accessible, reassuring, motivating and adapted to the situation of the person being welcomed.
