Ohjelmistorobotiikka, tekoäly ja eri työkaluja yhdistävä hyperautomaatio ovat yrityksien kilpailukyvyn kannalta merkityksellisiä teknologioita. Nämä digitaaliset kohdeteknologiat ja erityisesti tekoäly toistuvat ihmisten puheissa, tiedotusvälineissä ja teksteissä. Varsin usein nämä teknologiat ovat väärin ymmärrettyjä, niillä savutettavaa hyötyä ei tiedetä ja kuvitelmat näistä teknologioista ovat epärealistisia.TavoitteetTässä hankkeessa keskitytään lisäämään tietoisuutta kohdeteknologioista Pohjois-Pohjanmaan ja Keski-Pohjanmaan alueiden yrityksissä ja muiden toimijoiden keskuudessa. Hankkeen myötä toimijoiden digitaaliset taidot ko. teknologioita kohtaan ovat merkittävästi parantuneet. Tavoitteena on, että toimijat käynnistävät omia kehityshankkeitaan teknologioiden käyttöönottoon hankkeen aikana ja sen jälkeen. Teknologioiden avulla toimijat voivat parantaa omaa kilpailukykyään ja liiketoimintaansa.ToimenpiteetHankkeessa kartoitetaan yrityksien ja muiden toimijoiden tämän hetkinen kohdeteknologioiden käyttöaste, millaisia tarpeita ja odotuksia heillä on teknologioille. Kartoituksen analyysin perusteella valmistellaan laaja-alainen valmennusmateriaali, jonka avulla, valmennuksien myötä, alueiden toimijat voidaan perehdyttää teknologioihin. Valmennus antaa selkeän kuvan kohdeteknologioista, niiden soveltuvuudesta, mahdollisuuksista, ja rajoituksista. TuloksetAlueiden toimijoille suunnatun valmennuksen myötä he tietävät mitä teknologiat ovat, missä niitä voi käyttää, millaisia rajoituksia ja mahdollisuuksia teknologiat tarjoavat. Valmennuksen ja tietoisuuden lisääntymisen myötä toimijat osaavat tunnistaa omassa liiketoiminnassaan teknologioiden käyttö- ja soveltamiskohteita, ja teknologioiden käyttöönottokynnys madaltuu. Toimijoille annetaan työkaluja menestyksellisen kehityshankkeen läpiviemiselle ja heitä tuetaan kehityshankkeissa. (Finnish)

Software robotics, artificial intelligence and hyperautomation combining different tools are key technologies for companies’ competitiveness. These digital target technologies, in particular artificial intelligence, are repeated in people’s speeches, media and texts. Quite often, these technologies are misunderstood, the benefits they generate are unknown and the fantasies of these technologies are unrealistic.ObjectivesThis project focuses on raising awareness of target technologies among companies and other actors in the regions of North Ostrobothnia and Central Ostrobothnia. The project has led to a significant improvement in the digital skills of operators in these technologies. The aim is for operators to launch their own development projects for the introduction of technologies during and after the project. Technologies enable operators to improve their own competitiveness and business. Measures The project maps the current use of target technologies by companies and other actors, the needs and expectations they have for the technologies. Based on the analysis of the survey, a wide range of coaching materials will be prepared, which will help to familiarise operators in the regions with technologies. Coaching gives a clear picture of target technologies, their suitability, opportunities, and limitations. Results With coaching for regional operators, they know what technologies are, where they can be used, what limitations and opportunities the technologies offer. As a result of coaching and awareness-raising, operators are able to identify the applications and applications of technologies in their own business, and the threshold for the deployment of technologies is lowered. They will be given tools to carry out a successful development project and will be supported in development projects. (English)
