Hankkeen tarkoituksena on tuottaa skaalattava digitaalinen valmennuskonsepti joka sisältää täydennyskoulutusta, interaktiivisia harjoitteita ja tutkittua tietoa lastensuojelun sijaishuollon ammattilaisten hoitotyön osaamisen vahvistamiseen arjessa. Hankkeen tarkoitus on tuottaa uutta liiketoimintaa sijaishuollon toimialueelle sekä tulevaisuudessa työllistää laajalta alan ammattilaisia myös sijaishuollon kehittämistyön parissa. (Finnish)

The aim of the project is to produce a scalable digital coaching concept that includes continuous training, interactive exercises and researched data to strengthen the nursing skills of foster care professionals in child protection. The purpose of the project is to produce new business in the foster care area and in the future to employ a wide range of professionals in the field, including in the development of foster care.
