Celem projektu jest poprawa efektywności energetycznej obiektów użyteczności publicznej znajdujących się na terenie Miejskiego Obszaru Funkcjonalnego Malbork - Sztum. W ramach przedsięwzięcia przewiduje się głęboką modernizację energetyczną (termomodernizację) 39 budynków użyteczności publicznej. Projekt zakłada wykorzystanie odnawialnych źródeł energii i wymianę oświetlenia na energooszczędne. 4 budynki będą realizowane w trybie "zaprojektuj i wybuduj". Zakres prac wynikać będzie z wykonanych uprzednio audytów energetycznych, elektrycznych, elektroenergetycznych oraz analiz PV . W ramach projektu realizowane będą także działania informacyjno-edukacyjne podnoszące świadomość mieszkańców w zakresie oszczędności, poszanowania energii i OZE oraz działania promocyjne. Projekt jest zgodny z zakresem uzgodnionym w ramach Zintegrowanego Porozumienia Terytorialnego dla MOF Malbork - Sztum z dnia 28.01.2016r. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to improve the energy efficiency of the public utilities located in Malbork — Sztum. The project envisages a major energy modernisation (thermo-modernisation) of the 39 public buildings. The project involves the use of renewable energy sources and the replacement of lighting with energy-efficient lighting. 4 buildings will be implemented using the “design and demolition” mode. The scope of work will be the result of previously completed energy, electrical, electricity and PV audits. The project will also carry out information and education activities to raise awareness among residents about savings, respect for energy and RES and promotion activities. The project is in line with the scope agreed under the Integrated Territorial Agreement for the Malbork — Sztum dated 28.01.2016. (English)
