Tout au long du parcours pouvant aller jusqu'à 24 mois pour une majorité du public, chaque salarié (e) bénéficie, de la part de l'équipe d'encadrement, d'un accueil, d'un accompagnement et d'un suivi personnalisé, préparant ainsi son insertion à la vie professionnelle. Ainsi, l'équipe d'encadrement se compose : \- D'une accompagnante socio-professionnelle qui travaille sur les parcours d'insertion, au sein de la structure, avec les salariés, \- De trois encadrants techniques qui intègrent la personne recrutée au sein de l'équipe de travail, la met en situation d'apprentissage sur chaque poste de travail (parcours pédagogique) et évalue les compétences techniques et transversales durant le parcours. L'équipe d'encadrement travaille en collaboration sur le suivi de parcours de formation, sur l'évolution des projets professionnels de chaque salarié (e) durant la durée du contrat de travail.
