Le contexte socio-économique et les diverses réformes relatives à l'IAE ces dernières années imposent aux SIAE de s'assurer de toujours plus d'activités économique et de l'amélioration continue des parcours proposés pour atteindre leur double objectif social et économique. Les coûts engendrés par une prise en charge en interne des fonctions de développement d'activités et de projets d'ingénierie de parcours ne pourraient être supportés par les SIAE compte-tenu de leur taille modeste. De ce fait, les structures creusoises privilégient une démarche collective et de mutualisation à travers le Réseau. A la recherche d'un modèle économique viable et dans un souci d'optimisation des ressources et du dispositif IAE sur le territoire, le Réseau poursuit sa restructuration, s'affirmant ainsi comme un acteur de l'Economie Sociale et Solidaire. Le projet 2020 s’articulera autour des 3 axes suivants : * Fiche action 1 : Qualité des Parcours * Fiche action 2 : Développement et Innovation * Fiche action 3 : Pilotage de l’action et suivi FSE Pour la mise en œuvre de ce projet, le Réseau s’appuiera sur 2 ETP : * Une chargée de mission Coordination et Qualité des Parcours (déjà en poste)- fiche 1 et 3 * Une chargée de mission Développement et d’Innovation (déjà en poste) - fiches 2 et 3 Le pilotage de l’action sera effectué par une instance composée de la gouvernance, de l’Etat (UD23 DIRECCTE -DDCSPP), du Conseil Régional, du Conseil Départemental et autres financeurs. Ce comité de pilotage se réunira 2 fois par an. (French)

The socio-economic context and the various EIA reforms in recent years require SIAEs to ensure ever more economic activities and to continuously improve the pathways proposed to achieve their twofold social and economic objective. The costs of in-house support for the development of career engineering activities and projects cannot be borne by SIAEs given their small size. As a result, the creusian structures favour a collective approach and mutualisation through the Network. In the search for a viable economic model and with a view to optimising resources and the IAE system in the territory, the Network is continuing its restructuring, thereby affirming itself as an actor in the Social and Solidarity Economy. The 2020 project will be structured around the following three axes: * Action sheet 1: Quality of Courses * Action Sheet 2: Development and Innovation * Action Sheet 3: Steering the action and ESF monitoring For the implementation of this project, the Network will rely on 2 FTEs: * One in charge of Coordination and Quality of Courses (already in post) — sheet 1 and 3 * A Development and Innovation Officer (already in post) — fact sheets 2 and 3 The action will be managed by a body composed of governance, the State (UD23 DIRECCTE -DDCSPP), the Regional Council, the Departmental Council and other funders.
