L’opération SIEG SAVANES répond à la nécessité d’apporter sur les communes de Macouria, Kourou, Sinnamary et Iracoubo des réponses adaptées à la grande hétérogénéité de ses publics qui rencontrent des difficultés d'accès à la formation et à l'insertion professionnelle. Elle vise également à favoriser la mutualisation et la coordination des moyens humains et matériels des différents opérateurs de formation en présence sur les territoires, voire à susciter l'implantation de nouveaux opérateurs sur ces territoires dans l'intérêt des bénéficiaires. Le déploiement du SIEG doit ainsi permettre de compenser les déficits d'offre de formation permanente sur ce bassin. Les publics des communes de l’Est souffrent de nombreuses problématiques : -Entrée dans la vie active sans diplôme, chômage, parentalité précoce, précarité financière et de logement, difficultés administratives, barrière de la langue, mobilité réduite… L’opération SIEG prend en compte ces problématiques. En effet, le SIEG s’adresse à : -un public en recherche d’emploi, -quelque soit son âge, son sexe et son niveau d’étude -faisant l’objet d’une prescription qualifiée d’une structure d’accompagnement social, d’insertion ou d’orientation. Le SIEG offre la possibilité à ce public de se positionner sur un parcours de formation individualisé et modulaire, en vue de son insertion dans la vie professionnelle ou de son inscription dans une formation qualifiante. The SAVANES SIEG operation responds to the need to provide answers to the municipalities of Macouria, Kourou, Sinnamary and Iracoubo adapted to the great heterogeneity of its audiences who face difficulties in accessing training and vocational integration. It also aims to promote the pooling and coordination of the human and material resources of the various training operators present in the territories, or even to encourage the establishment of new operators in those territories in the interests of the beneficiaries. The deployment of the SGEI must thus make it possible to compensate for the shortfalls in the provision of continuing training in this basin. The public in the municipalities of the East suffers from many problems: —Entry into working life without diploma, unemployment, early parenting, financial and housing insecurity, administrative difficulties, language barrier, reduced mobility... The SGEI operation takes account of these problems. Indeed, the SGEI addresses: (a public seeking employment — whatever their age, gender and educational level — subject to a prescription qualified as a social support, integration or guidance structure. The SGEI offers this audience the opportunity to position themselves on an individualised and modular training path, with a view to their inclusion in working life or enrolment in qualifying training.
