_Le présent projet consiste en_ : \- la r **éalisation de** **diagnostics RH - Industrie du Futur **au sein d’un panel de 30 entreprises industrielles et de services à l’industrie guyanais sur l'ensemble du territoire guyanais; \- l' **identification d** **es besoins de ces entreprises intégrant les besoins de formation identifiés** (grandes tendances et signaux faibles) En pratique, le prestataire retenu, procèdera à minima à 25 diagnostics finalisés sur le panel de 30 entreprises, dont 10 dans des entreprises de plus de 20 salariés. Les entreprises ciblées (industrie et service à l'industrie) seront principalement issues des 4 principales filières localement identifiées : \- l’industrie spatiale et, en particulier, les services à cette industrie ; \- l’industrie du bois ; \- les industries agro-alimentaires, notamment le secteur de la pêche ; \- et l’industrie minière. _This project consists of: \- the **realisation of** ** HR Diagnostics — Industry of the Future **in a panel of 30 industrial and service companies to the Guyanese industry throughout the Guyanese territory; in practice, the selected service provider will carry out a minimum of 25 diagnostics finalised on the panel of 30 companies, including 10 in enterprises with more than 20 employees. The targeted enterprises (industry and service to industry) will mainly come from the four main locally identified sectors: \- the space industry and, in particular, the services to that industry; \- the wood industry; the agri-food industries, in particular the fisheries sector; \- and the mining industry.
