L'action est le fonctionnement d'un chantier d'insertion accueillant 36 postes. Le chantier est composée de 4 pôles d'activités : * un atelier maraîchage en conversion biologique; * un atelier vie quotidienne (cantine associative, lingerie, gestion de l'économat et propreté des locaux); * un pôle écoconstruction composé de 2 ateliers : la production d'écomatériaux et la gestion de prestations extérieures. Un atelier bois est également rattaché à ce pôle. L'objectif est de renforcer l'accompagnement prenant en compte l’originalité du modèle développé par la structure Village au-delà de l’aspect purement « encadrement technique » pour permettre à chaque salarié du chantier d’insertion de bénéficier d’une réflexion plus large sur son parcours, la place et le rôle de son inscription dans ce chantier à ce moment de son parcours, les objectifs individuels et les différentes étapes à mener. L'équipe pluridisciplinaire propose un suivi, un accompagnement social personnalisé, un encadrement technique et la formation de ses salariés en vue de faciliter leur insertion sociale et de rechercher les conditions d’une insertion professionnelle durable. Elle propose et met en œuvre un parcours individualisé d’insertion en tenant compte de la problématique inhérente à chaque individu. (French)

The action is the operation of an integration site with 36 posts. The site consists of 4 clusters of activities: * a market gardening workshop in organic conversion; * a daily life workshop (associative canteen, lingerie, economate management and cleanliness of the premises); * an ecoconstruction pole composed of 2 workshops: the production of ecomaterials and the management of external services. A wood workshop is also attached to this pole. The objective is to strengthen support taking into account the originality of the model developed by the Village structure beyond the purely “technical supervision” aspect to allow each employee of the integration site to benefit from a broader reflection on his course, the place and role of his registration in the site at that time, the individual objectives and the different stages to be carried out. The multidisciplinary team offers follow-up, personalised social support, technical supervision and training of its employees in order to facilitate their social integration and to seek the conditions for sustainable professional integration. It proposes and implements an individualised pathway of integration, taking into account the problems inherent in each individual. (English)
