    La commune d’HERBEYS connaît une croissance démographique qui va se confirmer dans les années à venir. Elle doit d’ores et déjà faire face aux besoins croissants d’accueil des activités scolaires et périscolaires (cantine, garderies et nouvelles activités périscolaires) regroupées au sein de son école unique au centre bourg. Construits dans les années 80, les bâtiments ne répondent plus aux besoins actuels et futurs. La municipalité souhaite aujourd’hui agrandir et réhabiliter les bâtiments accueillant l’école, la cantine et les activités périscolaires, en se dotant d’infrastructures plus vertueuses au regard de la transition énergétique (French)
