L'action " **Référence spécifique AI** " se déroule sur 3 communes Saint-Fons, Saint-Priest et Vénissieux avec une organisation similaire sur chaque commune **.** **ESTIME propose de mettre en place un accompagnement qu** i : * Développe une **approche globale** des personnes pour les conduire vers l’emploi, en abordant à la fois l’insertion professionnelle et sociale sur un territoire, * S'appuie sur un diagnostic approfondi des situations individuelles pour identifier les potentialités et contraintes du participant, * Veille à faire **découvrir les métiers** , élargir les choix professionnels, * Recherche à **améliorer le niveau de qualification** et acquérir la maîtrise du français, * Travaille en parallèle sur la **recherche d’emplois** adaptés aux capacités des personnes, * S’attache à **créer une dynamique** , rendre les personnes actrices de leur parcours, * Permet aux participants **d’accéder à une situation d’emploi** et d’entamer un parcours professionnalisant notamment par les contrats de « mise à disposition » de l’Association Intermédiaire ou les CTTI de l'entreprise de Travail Temporaire d'Insertion. **L'accompagnement renforcé spécifique AI repose sur deux méthodologies** : 1 **/ Méthodologie d'accompagnement global** où le référent de parcours a pour fonction d'articuler l'ensemble du parcours d'insertion. Il permet de : * Poser le diagnostic socio professionnel, * Construire les étapes du parcours vers le retour à l'emploi et les actions de recherche d'emploi , * Gérer les problématiques périphériques à l'emploi, * Conduire le travail d'élaboration et de validation du projet professionnel, * Le démarchage d'entreprises ou la recherche d'organismes de formation adaptés au projet professionnel. 2/ **Méthodologie à partir des mises en situation de travail filières métiers** en s'appuyant sur : * Les supports de mise à disposition de personnel de l'AI, * L'offre de formations professionnalisantes et qualifiantes mobilisée par l'AI, * Les outils d'évaluation et d'accompagnement dans l'emploi spécifique à l'association. **L'enjeu de cet accompagnement renforcé est d’utiliser la méthodologie la plus efficace en fonction des besoins du participant**. L'objectif est que la personne acquiert de l'expérience, des compétences (savoir-être, savoir-faire) et par la résolution des freins sociaux (santé, logement, famille,...) développe ses potentialités d'emploi. It allows to: * Make the socio-professional diagnosis, * Build the stages of the journey towards the return to work and job-seeking actions, * Manage peripheral problems to the job, * Lead the work of developing and validating the professional project, * the launch of companies or the search for training organisations adapted to the professional project. 2/**Methodology from job situation in trades and occupations** on the basis of: * Support for the provision of IA staff, * The offer of professional and qualifying training mobilised by the IA, * Assessment and support tools in the specific employment of the association. **The challenge of this enhanced support is to use the most effective methodology according to the needs of the participant**.
