L'opération " Gestion d'un Fonds d'aide pour les participants du PLIE" vise à mettre en place des actions ou des financements d'actions permettant d'apporter des solutions à des participants ne pouvant y avoir accès dans le cadre des actions ou financements proposés dans le droit commun. Deux besoins récurrents ont été repérés et validés par l'équipe du PLIE : \- la possibilité d'être accompagné par un thérapeute pour prendre en compte des freins et difficultés d'accès à l'emploi \- l'accès à la formation linguistique pour certains migrants ( en fonction de leur parcours de migration, de leur pays d'origine et / ou de leur niveau en français). L'opération va donc permettre d'acheter des prestations de service pour permettre de résoudre des difficultés qui, si elles ne sont pas prises en compte, bloquent certains participants dans leur parcours d'accès à l'emploi. The operation “Management of a Support Fund for PLIE Participants” aims to set up actions or funding for actions enabling solutions to be provided to participants unable to access them in the context of actions or funding proposed under ordinary law. Two recurring needs were identified and validated by the PLIE team: \- the possibility of being accompanied by a therapist to take into account barriers and difficulties in accessing employment \- access to language training for certain migrants (depending on their migration path, country of origin and/or level in French). The operation will therefore enable the purchase of services to solve difficulties which, if not taken into account, block certain participants in their access to employment paths. (English)
