Cette opération vise à assurer la pérennité du suivi des aloses en Loire moyenne et a pour objectif d'obtenir des indications sur la population migrante d'aloses (espèce, taille, poids, sexe, âge, calendrier de migration) en parcours libre d'obstacle et pour les juvéniles d'acquérir des données sur la période de dévalaison en couplant le suivi par échantillonnage régulièrement pratiqué et un échantillonnage par ADN environnemental, leurs caractéristiques biologiques et de connaître les habitats fréquentés lors de cette phase migratoire. Cette opération est déposée au titre de l'action 12 du POI FEDER Loire. (French)

The aim of this operation is to ensure the sustainability of the monitoring of aloses in the medium Loire and aims to obtain information on the migrant population of shades (species, height, weight, sex, age, migration schedule) on a barrier-free range and for juveniles to obtain data on the period of grading by combining regular sampling monitoring and environmental DNA sampling, their biological characteristics and to know the habitats frequented during this migration phase. This operation is submitted under Action 12 of the ERDF Loire POI. (English)
