L'action concerne le bassin d'emploi de Metz et plus particulièrement les demandeurs d'emploi de moins de 26 ans. Ce dispositif vise à répondre à trois problématiques du territoire, à savoir une situation dégradée de l'emploi des jeunes, la persistance de métiers en tension et le besoin d'une approche globale dans la sécurisation du parcours de ce public. L'objectif des ateliers modulaires est de préparer les participants à accéder soit à une qualification avec les organismes de formation partenaires soit à un emploi sur les secteurs professionnels en tension. The action concerns the Metz employment pool and in particular jobseekers under 26 years of age. The aim of this scheme is to respond to three problems in the territory: a degraded situation in the employment of young people, the persistence of occupations in tension and the need for a comprehensive approach to securing the career of this public. The aim of the modular workshops is to prepare participants to access either a qualification with partner training organisations or employment in the occupational sectors in tension. (English)
