Cette action s'inscrit dans le cadre du protocole d'accord pour la mise en oeuvre d'un Plan Local pour l'Insertion et l'Emploi de la communauté d’agglomération Est Ensemble « Ensemble pour l’Emploi ». Ce protocole d'accord est conclu pour la période 2015 à 2017. Chaque participant du PLIE aura un référent identifié au sein des agences Pôle emploi de Montreuil et Noisy le Sec, Bondy et Bobigny. Les référents suivront exclusivement les participants du PLIE et accompagneront chacun 85 participants ( report prévisionnel + nouvelles entrées+ sorties) sur une année pleine et pour un temps plein.La file active sera de 60 participants pour les conseillères affectées à l'action PLIE au 1er janvier. Pour les conseillers Pôle emploi affectés à compter du 1er juillet 30 entrés à minima sont prévues avec pour objectif la constitution progressive d'une file active de 60 participants. Ils consacrent 100 % de leur temps de travail à cette mission et enregistrent un outil permettant de justifier le temps passé sur l’opération. Les référents apportent leurs compétences dans le cadre du dispositif et construisent avec chaque personne qu’ils accompagnent, un parcours d’insertion individualisé pour l’accès à l’emploi. Cet accompagnement individualisé et renforcé est mis en oeuvre selon les modalités du cahier des charges des référents de parcours PLIE. (French)

This action is part of the Memorandum of Understanding for the implementation of a Local Plan for the Integration and Employment of the Eastern Aggglomeration Community Together “Together for Employment”. This Memorandum of Understanding is concluded for the period 2015 to 2017. Each PLIE participant will have an identified focal point within the agencies Pôle emploi de Montreuil and Noisy le Sec, Bondy and Bobigny. The referents will follow exclusively the PLIE participants and will each accompany 85 participants (provisional delay + new entries+ outputs) on a full year and for full time.The active line will be 60 participants for advisors assigned to the PLIE action on 1 January. For the employment unit advisers assigned from 1 July 30 minimum entries are planned with the objective of gradually building an active line of 60 participants. They devote 100 % of their working time to this mission and record a tool to justify the time spent on the operation. The referents bring their skills within the framework of the scheme and build with each person they accompany, an individualised integration pathway for access to employment. This individualised and reinforced accompaniment is implemented in accordance with the terms of reference of the PLIE route referents. (English)
