    Comme tout chantier d'insertion, le Jardin du Coeur a pour mission de prendre en charge les publics les plus éloignés de l'emploi, et de les ramener, si possible, à l'emploi, ou, à défaut à les aider à lever leurs handicaps à l'employabilité et à résorber leurs facteurs de désocialisation. Il s'agit concrètement de recruter en CCDI (CDD d'insertion), de 6 mois renouvelables une fois, avec une durée de travail hebdomadaire de 20 heures, des demandeurs d'emploi en difficulté particulière de retour à l'emploi (chômeurs de longue durée, allocataires de minimas sociaux, personnes en aménagement de peine,...). Pendant la durée de leur contrat ces personnes ont une activité de salariés agricoles, consacrée à la production maraîchère, cette production étant destinée à être distribuée dans les centres alimentaires des Restos du Coeur. **L'objectif est double:** * mettre ces personnes en environnement professionnel, afin de recréer les conditions sociales d'activité, tout en améliorant leur situation financière, * Les accompagner socio-professionnellement pour construire un projet professionnel, et le préparer techniquement et socialement. L'accompagnement social d'une conseillère (en économie sociale et familiale et en insertion professionnelle) tenant deux permanences hebdomadaires sur le site, ainsi que l'écoute quotidienne par les deux encadrants, a fait émerger les divers problèmes personnels et familiaux des salariés : budgets, santé, logement, moyen de transport, permis de conduire, etc... During the term of their contract, these persons are employed as agricultural workers, devoted to market garden production, which is intended to be distributed in the food centres of the Restos du Coeur. **The objective is twofold:** * to put these people in a professional environment, in order to recreate the social conditions of activity, while improving their financial situation, * accompany them socio-professionally to build a professional project, and prepare it technically and socially.
