Niniejszy projekt dotyczy głębokiej i kompleksowej modernizacji energetycznej wielofunkcyjnego budynku użyteczności publicznej w miejscowości Brzoza na terenie gminy Nowa Wieś Wielka. Zakres usprawnień budynku obejmuje m.in. prace związane z dociepleniem obiektu, wymianę stolarki okiennej oraz drzwiowej, modernizację systemu grzewczego oraz wykonanie prac towarzyszących. Inwestycja wpisuje się w typ projektów przewidzianych do dofinansowania w ramach Działania 3.5 Efektywność energetyczna i gospodarka niskoemisyjna w ramach ZIT, Poddziałania 3.5.1 Efektywność energetyczna w sektorze publicznym i mieszkaniowym w ramach ZIT, Schemat: Termomodernizacja w obiektach należących do jednostek samorządu terytorialnego w ramach Zintegrowanych Inwestycji Terytorialnych (ZIT). Projekt jest odpowiedzią na zidentyfikowane problemy, w tym problem główny: niska efektywność energetyczna wielofunkcyjnego budynku użyteczności publicznej na terenie gminy Nowa Wieś Wielka. Głównym celem realizacji przedsięwzięcia jest zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej wielofunkcyjnego budynku użyteczności publicznej na terenie gminy Nowa Wieś Wielka. Działania podjęte przez Wnioskodawcę przyczynią się m.in. do ograniczenia strat ciepła w budynku, poprawy komfortu cieplnego, obniżenia wydatków na ogrzewanie, ograniczenia zużycia energii w budynku, a co za tym idzie podniesienia standardu oraz komfortu użytkowania budynku i zmniejszenia uciążliwości związanej z negatywnym oddziaływaniem na środowisko. Cele projektu są zgodne z celami Osi Priorytetowej 3 Regionalnego Programu Operacyjnego Województwa Kujawsko-Pomorskiego na lata 2014-2020, w tym z celem szczegółowym - zwiększona efektywność energetyczna budynków użyteczności publicznej i wielorodzinnych budynków mieszkaniowych. Dzięki realizacji projektu zmniejszone zostanie zapotrzebowanie na energię o 60,56% wielofunkcyjnego budynku użyteczności publicznej w miejscowości Brzoza, na terenie Gminy Nowa Wieś Wielka. (Polish)

This project concerns deep and comprehensive energy modernisation of multifunctional public building in birch in the municipality of Nowa Wieś. The building’s improvements include, but are not limited to, works related to the heating of the site, the replacement of window and door frames, the modernisation of the heating system and the execution of supporting works. The investment shall be included in the type of projects to be financed under Measure 3.5 Energy efficiency and low carbon economy in the framework of an ITI, Sub-measure 3.5.1 Energy efficiency in the public and housing sector in the framework of ITI, Diagram: Thermal modernisation in facilities belonging to local government units within the framework of integrated territorial investment (ITI). The project addresses the problems identified, including the main problem: the low energy efficiency of the multi-purpose public building in the municipality of Nowa Wieś. The main objective of the project is to increase the energy efficiency of the multifunctional public building in the municipality of Nowa Wieś. The actions taken by the Applicant will contribute, inter alia, to reducing heat losses in the building, improving thermal comfort, reducing heating costs, reducing the energy consumption of the building, thereby improving the standard and comfort of the negative impact on the environment. The objectives of the project are in line with the objectives of Priority Axis 3 of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Regional Operational Programme for the period 2014-2020, including the specific objective — the increased energy efficiency of public buildings and multi-apartment buildings. The project will reduce the demand for energy of 60.56 % of the multi-purpose public building in birch, in the municipality of Nowa Wieś. (English)
