Projekt "Przygotowanie i wdrożenie metodyki prowadzenia postępowania przygotowawczego w sprawach karnych z wykorzystaniem systemu digitalizacji akt" realizowany w latach 2017-2018, który obejmuje opracowanie:1. modelu procesów2. analizy wykorzystania SDA3. metodyki postępowania w sprawach karnych z wykorzystaniem Systemu Digitalizacji Akt,4. przeprowadzenie szkoleń, które obejmą 2000 pracowników prokuratury z czego 1882 prokuratorów oraz 118 analityków kryminalnych. W ramach projektu przewidziane są działania mające na ujednolicenie sposobu wykorzystania pełnej funkcjonalności systemu digitalizacji akt do realizacji czynności postępowania karnego. System Digitalizacji Akt jest oprogramowaniem, które zostało stworzone w ramach projektu Wdrożenie systemu digitalizacji akt postępowań przygotowawczych oraz utworzenie lokalnych i centralnego repozytorium akt w postaci cyfrowej w powszechnych jednostkach organizacyjnych prokuratury. Wdrożony system umożliwia digitalizację akt oraz ich analizę. SDA umożliwia dostęp do zdigitalizowanych dokumentów pracownikom innych jednostek prokuratury oraz przekazywanie danych w formie elektronicznej. Wdrożenie systemu SDA pozwoliło uczestnikom postępowania karnego zapoznawania się z aktami postępowań przygotowawczych oraz udostępnianie akt w formie elektronicznej przez osoby posiadające status uczestnika postępowania (w szczególności strony, obrońcy, pełnomocnicy). Wnioskodawca identyfikuje również ryzyko brak zgłoszenia się trenerów do realizacji zadania nr 4. (Polish)

The project ‘Preparation and implementation of a methodology for criminal investigation using the system of digitisation of files’ carried out in the period 2017-2018, which includes the drawing up of the 1th model of process (2) of the analysis of the use of the SCD3. the methodology of criminal proceedings using the Digitinalisation system Act, 4th training, which will include 2000 prosecutors of which 1882 prosecutors and 118 criminal analysts. The project provides for measures to harmonise the use of the full functionality of the system of digitisation of files for the purpose of carrying out criminal proceedings. The Digiticalisation system is the software that was created as part of the project to implement the system of digitisation of investigations and the creation of a local and central repository for the file in digital form by common organisational units of the Public Prosecutor’s Office. The system put in place allows for the digitisation of files and for their analysis. SDA allows access to digitised documents for employees of other public prosecutors’ offices and for the transmission of data in electronic form. The implementation of SDA enabled the participants in the criminal proceedings to consult investigations and to make the file available in electronic form by persons possessing the status of participant in the proceedings (in particular, lawyers, lawyers, lawyers). The applicant shall also identify the risk of a lack of reporting of the trainers for the implementation of task No 4. (English)
