Celem strategicznym Projektu o wymiarze długofalowym, jest: Ochrona i rozwój dziedzictwa kulturowego, a także efektywne wykorzystanie potencjału kulturowego miasta dla osiągania korzyści społecznych i gospodarczych w wymiarze krajowym, regionalnym i lokalnym. Głównym celem projektu jest: Modernizacja budynków „B”, „D”, „E” i pomieszczeń wraz z dziedzińcem wewnętrznym Muzeum Archeologicznego i Etnograficznego w Łodzi i nadanie niezbędnych funkcjonalności wraz z dostosowaniem dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami. Przewiduje się w ramach nadbudowy budynku B i budynku E oraz częściowego podpiwniczenia budynku B pozyskać dodatkowe powierzchnie magazynowe i edukacyjne, a w ramach przebudowy i reorganizacji pomieszczeń pozostałych budynków uzyskać dodatkowe przestrzenie magazynowe (magazyn studyjny) oraz edukacyjne. Ponadto, dzięki realizacji przedmiotowej inwestycji Muzeum Archeologiczne i Etnograficzne w Łodzi wdroży nowy program kulturalno-edukacyjny, który wpłynie na wzrost kompetencji kulturowych odbiorców. Wzbogaci też ofertę kulturalną Łodzi, z dużym naciskiem na działania edukacyjne dla osób w każdym wieku – od najmłodszych po seniorów, w tym dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami i osób zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym. Unikatowe w skali Polski połączenie pięciu dużych, dynamicznie rozwijających się działów merytorycznych Archeologicznego, Etnograficznego, Numizmatycznego, Widowisk Lalkowych oraz Konserwacji stworzył możliwość na wykreowanie atrakcyjnego programu edukacyjnego. Nowa oferta wdrożona po zakończeniu realizacji Projektu wzmocni i poprawi wizerunek Muzeum, jako placówki nastawionej na atrakcyjne i nowoczesne działania edukacyjne oparte o posiadane i pozyskane zbiory. The long-term objective of the project is to:The protection and development of cultural heritage, as well as the efficient use of the city’s cultural potential to deliver social and economic benefits at national, regional and local level.The main objective of the project is to:To modernise the “B”, “D”, “E” buildings and premises, together with the inner courtyard of the Archaeological and Ethnographic Museum in Łódź, and to give the necessary functionality, including adaptation for persons with disabilities.It is envisaged in the context of the superstructure of Building B and Building E and the partial subdivision of Building B, the acquisition of additional storage and education areas and, as part of the conversion and reorganisation of the premises of the remaining buildings, an additional storage area (study magazine) and educational facilities.In addition, thanks to the implementation of this investment, the Archaeological and ethnographic Museum in Łódź will implement a new cultural and educational programme that will increase the cultural competences of the public.It will also enrich the cultural offer of Łódź, with a high focus on educational activities for people of all ages, from the very young age to the elderly, including people with disabilities and people at risk of social exclusion.The unique merger of five large, booming, Archaeological, Ethnographic, Numist, spectral and of the Preservatives has created an opportunity to create an attractive educational programme.The new offer after completion of the project will strengthen and improve the image of the Museum, as an institution oriented to attractive and modern educational activities based on the collection and harvesting of crops.
