Przedmiotem projektu jest przeprowadzenie badań przemysłowych i prac rozwojowych nad nową konstrukcją przyczepy wielofunkcyjnej, opisanej w zgłoszeniu wynalazku nr P.418132. Głównym celem jest zweryfikowanie i potwierdzenie założeń koncepcji przyczepy służącej zarówno do transportu wszelkiego rodzaju typów i kształtów łodzi zwłaszcza ich kadłubów, jak również pojazdów, zwłaszcza kołowych, lub innych ładunków, w tym dłużycowych, z zachowaniem bezpieczeństwa oraz szybkiego przystosowania do nowej funkcji. Przyczepa wielofunkcyjna, zawiera ramę osadzoną na zestawie jezdnym. Z ramą połączona będzie platforma transportowa zawierająca dwa najazdy umieszczone po bokach przyczepy, pomiędzy którymi znajdować się będą rolki toczne dla przemieszczania łodzi. Rama, na jej platformie transportowej, zaopatrzona będzie w gniazda rozmieszczone w niej wzdłuż i w poprzek przyczepy, w których osadzane będą rozłącznie moduły rolkowe. Moduły rolkowe stanowiące trzpienie, na których jednym końcu umieszczona będzie obrotowa rolka, będą miały różną długość celem ich dopasowania do zróżnicowanych kształtów łodzi i jachtów. Badania dotyczyć będą przede wszystkim doboru odpowiednich ilości, parametrów i długości trzpieni oraz doboru optymalnej wielkości, trwałości i twardości materiałów do rolek obrotowych, aby stanowiły równomierne i stabilne wsparcie dla przewożonego ładunku, głównie łodzi. Testowane będą rozwiązania przyjęte w celu zmniejszenia masy przyczep. Konieczne będzie testowanie wytrzymałości powstałego w rezultacie projektu systemu przemieszczania i podparcia, przy wykorzystaniu testów drogowych. Rezultatem realizacji projektu będą nowe produkty w postaci opracowanej, kompletnej dokumentacji technicznej przyczepy hybrydowej w czterech wariantach (o różnej DMC). Uzy (Polish)

The object of the project is to carry out industrial research and development on the new construction of a multi-purpose trailer described in application No P.418132. of the application.The main objective is to verify and confirm the assumptions of the concept of a trailer serving both the transport of all types of, and the shape of, their hulls in particular, as well as vehicles, in particular wheeled or other cargo, including logs, with safety behaviour and rapid adaptation to the new functionality.A multifunction trailer shall include a frame attached to the set.A joint transport platform will be connected to the frame, with two ramps placed on the side of the trailer, between which the rolling roller (s) will be present.The frame, on its transport platform, shall be provided with a socket, distributed along and across the trailer, in which a roll of roller modules will be deposited.The roll-in modules, at which one end of the rotating rolls will be at one end, will have different lengths to match the variety of boats and yachts.The studies will focus on the selection of appropriate quantities, parameters and length of stem shafts and the selection of the optimal size, durability and hardness of the materials for the working rolls to provide a uniform and stable support for the cargo carried, mainly boats.Solutions adopted to reduce the mass of trailers will be tested.It will be necessary to test the strength of the design of a system of transport and support, using road tests.The project will result in new products in the form of a complete technical documentation of the hybrid trailer in four options (of different DMC).Ears (English)
