El objetivo principal del presente proyecto va a ser el diseño y desarrollo, partiendo completamente desde cero, de una factoría inteligente aplicando conceptos novedosos como: Aplicación de técnicas de BigData y de Inteligencia Artificial a toda la cadena de valor; Despliegue global de la interconexión de los procesos en el 100% de la planta; Gestión tanto vertical (dentro de la propia factoría) como horizontal (con proveedores y clientes) del proceso productivo completo. Esta factoría inteligente va a permitir llevar a cabo la fabricación de un eje trasero rígido con un marcado carácter innovador, teniendo uno de sus componentes principales una patente del Grupo BENTELER. The main objective of this project will be the design and development, starting completely from scratch, of an intelligent factory applying new concepts such as: Application of BigData and Artificial Intelligence techniques to the whole value chain; Global deployment of the interconnection of the processes in 100% of the plant; Management both vertically (within the factory itself) and horizontally (with suppliers and customers) of the entire production process. This intelligent factory will allow the manufacture of a rigid rear axle with a marked innovative character, having one of its main components a patent of the BENTELER Group. (English)
