A candidatura tem como destinatários os 60 clientes que frequentam CAO. Irá intervir na infraestrutura substituindo o amianto do edifício e as caixilharias. Ao nível dos equipamentos, irá modernizar as oficinas de carpintaria e horticultura, as salas de snoezelen e de bem-estar e adaptar espaço a jardim sensorial. Com esta operação prevê-se uma maior eficiência energética, melhoria no ambiente, na saúde e na qualidade vida das pessoas apoiadas. (Portuguese)
