Namen operacije je omilitev ekonomskih posledic epidemije koronavirusa COVID-19 na gospodarstvo in državljane. Cilj operacije je zagotoviti začasno denarno nadomestilo, karierno svetovanje in aktivnosti za iskanje zaposlitve ter vključevanje v že obstoječe ukrepe aktivne politike zaposlovanja za predvidoma 2.500 brezposelnih oseb iz ciljne skupine. The purpose of the operation is to mitigate the economic impact of the COVID-19 outbreak on the economy and citizens. The objective of the operation is to provide temporary cash benefits, career counselling and job-search activities and inclusion in already existing active labour market policy measures for an estimated 2,500 unemployed persons from the target group.
