    PREHOD MLADIH je projekt, ki je nastal z namenom vplivanja na večjo socialno vključenost mladih s posebnimi potrebami in oblikovanja enotnega podpornega okolja kot vmesnika med šolo in trgom dela za opolnomočen vstop mladih s posebnimi potrebami na trg dela.V sklopu projekta bo 14 projektnih partnerjev, izvajalcev programov zaposlitvene rehabilitacije, od januarja 2018 do decembra 2021, sodelovalo pri lažjem prehodu mladih s posebnimi potrebami na trg dela s ciljem reševanja problematike visokega deleža nezaposlenih oseb iz ciljne skupine.Med projektom je predvidena vključitev 2100 mladih s posebnimi potrebami iz celotne Republike Slovenije.     The MLADIH transition is a project designed to increase the social inclusion of young people with special needs and to create a single support environment as an interface between school and the labour market for the empowered entry of young people with special needs into the labour market.In the framework of the project, 14 project partners, providers of employment rehabilitation programmes, from January 2018 to December 2021, will participate in facilitating the transition of young people with special needs to the labour market with the aim of solving the problem of a high proportion of unemployed persons from the target group. During the project, it is planned to include 2100 young people with special needs from the whole Republic of Slovenia. (English)
