La operación consiste en la rehabilitación de la “antigua iglesia del Cuartel de Santa Clara” para que este inmueble, se destine a Centro Cívico del Barrio del Calaverón y a lugar de reuniones, exposiciones, cursos y actividades diversas de su competencia, tras la intervención y reforma necesaria a cargo del Ayuntamiento._x000D_ _x000D_ Esta operación está orientada a la regeneración social del barrio mediante la implementación de programas culturales que respondan a las demandas de la sociedad activa que lo caracteriza. Con su carácter intercultural, estas acciones contribuirán a la integración de las diversas poblaciones del barrio y a su conocimiento respectivo como elemento de mantenimiento de la diversidad que es una de las características y valores de barrio a conservar. Esta línea contempla la creación del centro que será soporte de estos programas, lo que lo dota de transversalidad respecto a otras líneas, al colaborar en la reconstrucción y recuperación de la imagen deteriorada del barrio. En este sentido, la operación está dirigida a la habilitación del antiguo Cuartel de Santa Clara para uso como centro cívico, promoción de TIC y de reunión vecinal en el barrio del Calaverón para completar las intervenciones en su entorno exterior (parque, rehabilitación de muralla, alumbrado e iluminación…). Es una edificación dotacional muy demandada por la ciudadanía en el proceso participativo desarrollado para la redacción de la Edusi. (Spanish)

The operation consists of the rehabilitation of the “old church of the Santa Clara Headquarters” so that this property is destined to the Civic Center of the Calaverón Quarter and at the place of meetings, exhibitions, courses and various activities of its competence, after the necessary intervention and reform by the City Council._x000D_ _x000D_ This operation is aimed at the social regeneration of the neighborhood through the implementation of cultural programs that respond to the demands of the active society that characterises it. With their intercultural nature, these actions will contribute to the integration of the various towns of the neighborhood and their respective knowledge as an element of maintaining the diversity that is one of the characteristics and values of the neighborhood to be preserved. This line contemplates the creation of the center that will support these programs, which gives it transversality compared to other lines, by collaborating in the reconstruction and recovery of the deteriorated image of the neighborhood. In this sense, the operation is aimed at the habilitation of the former Santa Clara Headquarters for use as a civic center, promotion of ICT and neighborhood meeting in the neighborhood of the Calaverón to complete the interventions in its exterior environment (park, wall rehabilitation, lighting and lighting...). It is a dotational building highly demanded by citizens in the participatory process developed for the drafting of EDUSI. (English)

L’opération consiste en la réhabilitation de l’«ancienne église du siège de Santa Clara» afin que cette propriété soit destinée au Centre civique du quartier Calaverón et au lieu de réunions, expositions, cours et diverses activités de sa compétence, après l’intervention et la réforme nécessaires par le conseil municipal._x000D_ _x000D_ Cette opération vise à la régénération sociale du quartier à travers la mise en œuvre de programmes culturels qui répondent aux exigences de la société active qui le caractérise. Par leur nature interculturelle, ces actions contribueront à l’intégration des différentes villes du quartier et de leurs connaissances respectives en tant qu’élément de maintien de la diversité qui est l’une des caractéristiques et des valeurs du quartier à préserver. Cette ligne envisage la création du centre qui soutiendra ces programmes, qui lui donne transversalité par rapport aux autres lignes, en collaborant à la reconstruction et à la récupération de l’image détériorée du quartier. En ce sens, l’opération vise à l’habilitation de l’ancien siège de Santa Clara pour une utilisation comme centre civique, promotion des TIC et réunion de quartier dans le quartier de la Calaverón pour compléter les interventions dans son environnement extérieur (parc, réhabilitation des murs, éclairage et éclairage...). Il s’agit d’un bâtiment dotation très demandé par les citoyens dans le processus participatif développé pour l’élaboration de l’EDUSI. (French)
