Ésta tiene como objetivos contribuir al desarrollo personal, promover un desarrollo sostenible, favorecer la integración social, promover la igualdad de oportunidades entre hombres y mujeres, potenciar el acceso y uso recreativo de las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación, ampliar y mejorar el aprendizaje y la convivencia intercultural, favorecer la participación para la ciudadanía activa y el desarrollo democrático.
