La correcta ejecución del proyecto queda supeditada a la consecución de los objetivos, consistentes en proporcionar cobertura de servicios de muy alta velocidad que permitan velocidades de 300 Mbps simétricos, escalables a 1 Gbps, mediante la solución tecnológica elegida, una red FTTH basada en el estándar GPON, a 27.940 unidades inmobiliarias ubicadas en 116 zonas pertenecientes a la provincia de Zamora, que se especifican en el anexo Ámbito geográfico de la resolución de concesión.
