La correcta acreditación de la ejecución del proyecto queda supeditada a la consecución de los objetivos, consistentes en proporcionar cobertura de servicios de velocidad de al menos 100 Mbps a 1.305 unidades inmobiliarias, mediante la solución tecnológica consistente en una red FTTH que utilizará el estándar GPON, de 2 entidades singulares de población pertenecientes a los municipios de Morales de Toro y Toro (Zamora), de la Comunidad Autónoma de Castilla León, las cuales se especifican en el anexo "Ámbito geográfico".
