El proyecto presentado en la convocatoria 2020 plantea integrar las áreas de impresión flexográfica y serigráfica con el área de converting mediante tecnología JDF con el fin de integrar ymejorar el control de procesos, incluyendo un control en tiempo real de todo el proceso. En concreto, se busca dotar de conectividad la sección de impresión flexográfica, entre diferentes equipos. A parir de los sensores con que cuentan los equipos incorporados, es posible recopilar una información de los parámetros de producción durante una tirada y compartirlos entre diferentes equipos y áreas._x000D_ El presupuesto incluye un sistema Gallus Labelmaster 440 ofertada por GALLUS dotada de conectividad, siendo subvencionable el equipo presentado o similar. The project presented in the 2020 call aims to integrate flexographic and screen printing areas with the area of converting using JDF technology in order to integrate and improve process control, including real-time control of the entire process. Specifically, it seeks to provide connectivity to the flexographic printing section, between different equipment. To stop from the sensors that have built-in equipment, it is possible to collect information on the production parameters during a run and share them between different teams and areas._x000D_ The budget includes a Gallus Labelmaster 440 system offered by GALLUS equipped with connectivity, the equipment presented or similar being eligible.
