La rehabilitación de fachadas proyectada consiste en el cambio del sistema envolvente. _x000D_ Actualmente las fachadas son de plaqueta de ladrillo caravista. Las fachadas exteriores vuelan sobre la alineación en las plantas superiores. En ambas fachadas se dispone de una franja de balcones cubiertos acabados en mortero pintado. _x000D_ La solución adoptada consiste en un sistema de fachada ventilada de placas cerámicas alveolares, con el objeto de mejorar el aislamiento térmico. _x000D_ El proyecto de rehabilitación afecta a todas las fachadas tanto exteriores como de patio. También se actúa en cubierta, aislándola térmicamente por el interior. _x000D_ Los paños en los que se coloca la fachada ventilada se aísla con panel semirrígido de lana mineral Arena no hidrófilo. Se aislarán todos los huecos de ventana y vuelos en fachada._x000D_ Las franjas de balcones de fachadas exteriores y la caja de escalera en el patio interior se aíslan con mortero de cal termoaislante con aligerantes y aditivos especiales. Se trata de un sistema de aislamiento tipo SATE (ETICS)._x000D_ Los cercos de ventanales se rematarán de acuerdo al tratamiento de fachada en el que se encuentren. Los huecos de ventana en fachada ventilada se rematarán con mochetas, dintel y vierteaguas en panel composite de aluminio. Y los huecos de ventanas en balcones y caja de escalera con mortero termoacústico se rematarán con mochetas y dintel con el mismo mortero termoacústico y vierteaguas cerámico o de hormigón polímero._x000D_ Se utilizarán dos tipos de aislamiento térmico: panel semirrigido de lana mineral y mortero de cal aislante termoacústico. All window holes and facade flights will be isolated._x000D_ The strips of exterior facade balconies and the staircase in the inner courtyard are isolated with thermoisolating lime mortar with lighteners and special additives. This is a SATE-type insulation system (ETICS)._x000D_ Window fences shall be finished according to the facade treatment in which they are located. The window holes in ventilated façade will be topped with snoops, lintel and pouring in aluminium composite panel. And window holes in balconies and staircase with thermoacoustic mortar are topped with snoops and lintel with the same thermoacoustic mortar and ceramic or polymer concrete pouring water._x000D_ Two types of thermal insulation will be used: semi-rigid panel of mineral wool and mortar of thermoacoustic insulating lime.
