El rol de los pacientes ha evolucionado hacia una mayor participación en las decisiones sobre aspectos que afectan a su salud, entre ellos también está la evaluación de la actividad sanitaria. Con el incremento en las enfermedades crónicas, los sistemas de salud han tenido que desarrollar estrategias desde la Atención Primaria para dar respuesta a estos pacientes. Este estudio se justifica por la necesidad de conocer la valoración de la capacidad de respuesta de la Atención Primaria por parte de los pacientes crónicos y los enfermos mentales. Hipótesis: La percepción de la capacidad de respuesta del nivel asistencial de Atención Primaria de Salud por parte de los pacientes con algún tipo de trastorno mental es peor que la de los pacientes con enfermedades crónicas. Objetivo principal: Analizar la valoración que hacen los pacientes con enfermedad mental de la capacidad de respuesta de la Atención Primaria de salud y compararla con la de otros enfermos crónicos. Tipo de estudio: Se llevarán a cabo dos tipos de estudios. Por una parte se hará un estudio cuantitativo con un diseño descriptivo transversal, utilizando el cuestionario Key Informant Survey, de la WHO y, por otra parte, se hará un estudio cualitativo de valoración de la respuesta del sistema sanitario de la OMS basado en grupos focales. The role of patients has evolved towards greater participation in decisions on aspects that affect their health, including the evaluation of health activity. With the increase in chronic diseases, health systems have had to develop strategies from Primary Care to respond to these patients. This study is justified by the need to know the assessment of the response capacity of primary care by chronic and mentally ill patients. Scenario: The perception of the responsiveness of the primary health care level of patients with some type of mental disorder is worse than that of patients with chronic diseases. Main objective: Analyse the assessment made by patients with mental illness of the response capacity of Primary Health Care and compare it with that of other chronic patients. Type of study: Two types of studies will be carried out. On the one hand, a quantitative study with a cross-sectional descriptive design will be carried out using the WHO Key Informant Survey questionnaire and, on the other hand, a qualitative assessment study of the WHO health system response based on focus groups will be carried out.
