El proyecto se basa en el desarrollo de un Sistema Integrado de Información, Gestión de Usuarios y Planificación de recursos con Herramienta de Seguimiento Comercial integrada de Quadux, al que denominaremos SiQ. Implica el desarrollo por parte del departamento de I+D así como de empresas especializadas de un nuevo software on-line, que sirva como soporte informativo y de la gestión en cloud y la acción comercial de Quadux estimulando la innovación en el proceso comercial. El objetivo fundamental de esta herramienta es tratar de identificar aquello que genera valor para nuestros clientes, para posteriormente proporcionárselo en el momento y lugar oportuno, siempre habiendo diferentes puntos de vista de cada cliente y todo accesible desde cualquier lugar gracias a estar en cloud. The project is based on the development of an Integrated Information System, User Management and Resource Planning Tool commercial monitoring with integrated Quadux, which we shall call the Siq. It involves the development by the R & D as well as companies specialized new software online to serve as information support and cloud management and commercial action Quadux stimulating innovation in the business process. The main objective of this tool is to identify what creates value for our customers, to subsequently provide it at the appropriate time and place, always having different views of each client and all accessible from anywhere thanks to being on cloud. It is for this reason that SiQ is not only a computer application but goes further and involves the implementation of a new strategy to renew our goals customer-facing and internal transformation.
