It aims to offer customers an alternative to traditional binders for PVA-based atomized powder. These traditional binders have been used for decades to provide green strength to the formed pieces by isostatic pressing. However, they have a number of drawbacks. - should be prepared by heating a solution. It is a slow, costly and presents certain hazards and environmental problems - The binder solution degrades easily and requires the use of biocides. - At high doses presents problems degassing involving a loss in quality - This type of binders do not provide mechanical strength in the second cooking - generate a lot of waste - The rheology of the slurry is affected by the addition of these binders and large amounts are required deflocculants with the additional costs. Recycled raw material return this problem is more relevant. Using CERAMBINDER as an alternative to traditional binding a number of improvements including presented: - No solution to prepare beforehand. simpler and easier p (English)
