    Con el objetivo de mejorar el medioambiente urbano en su dimensión ambiental, paisajística y urbanística por el impacto que tienen en el bienestar de la población, se creará un aparcamiento disuasorio situado en la entrada al centro de la ciudad como apoyo a las reformas planteadas en el centro de la ciudad para el fomento de la movilidad sostenible. Situado en el entorno de la peatonización de la Plaza de Extremadura permite la intermodalidad conectando con otros servicios de movilidad como es el carril bici._x000D_ De esta forma, se mitigarán problemas de declive urbano, estuimulando el desarrollo de la Plaza como entrada al centro de la ciudad. Además se reducirá la contaminación acústica urbana en el centro urbano, que sufre un intenso tráfico urbano. (Spanish)
