    Esta operación incluye cursos de formación a desempleados de La Manga del Mar Menor para adquirir competencias que les permitan la inserción en el mercado laboral local._x000D_ Se busca aumentar la empleabilidad y especiliazación de los demandantes de empleo en sectores estratégicos del territorio, lo que además ayudará a ampliar y mejorar la oferta turística rompiendo la estacionalización y adquirir así una mayor cuota de mercado. _x000D_ También se van a impartir cursos para la mejora de las habilidades de los trabajadores de La Manga, con el objetvo de que se profesionalicen y especialicen y puedan cubrir las demanadas cubiertas en muchas ocasiones por personas de otras regiones._x000D_ Esta actuación se va a desarrollar dentro del ámbito urbano de La Manga del Mar Menor, y será organizado por el Ayuntamiento de San Javier (a través de su Agencia de Desarrollo Local) que actúa como unidad ejecutora a través de la firma de convenios con la Comunidad Autónoma de la Región de Murcia.
