    SCOPUL PROIECTULUI este de a dezvolta o infrastructura de servicii sociale in localitatea Baia Sprie și creșterea gradului de acoperire cu servicii sociale, prin înființarea unui set de servicii integrate fara componentă rezidențială pentru persoanele vârstnice. Obiectivul general al proiectului “Dezvoltarea de servicii sociale si sociomedicale pentru persoanele varstnice din Orasul Baia Sprie” consta in infiintarea si dezvoltarea de servicii sociale adecvate nevoilor pentru 170 de persoane varstnice din localitatea Baia Sprie. Prin obiectivul proiectului se asigura accesul persoanelor varstnice la servicii integrate in concordanta cu nevoile specifice ale acestora, imbunatatirea calitatii vietii, promovarea participarii active a persoanelor varstnice la viata sociala, obtinerea unei independente/siguranta pentru persoanele cu necesitati de ingrijire de lunga durata. Prin dezvoltarea si inovarea serviciilor sociale adecvate nevoilor specifice persoanelor varstnice din Localitatea Baia Sprie se vor sustine parte din masurile prevazute in Planul Strategic de actiuni al Strategiei Nationale pentru Promovarea Imbatranirii Active si Protectia Persoanelor Varstnice pentru perioada 2015-2020 (aprobata prin HG 566/2015), astfel ca pe termen lung, in Localitatea Baia Sprie, persoanele varstnice vor avea acces: - La Servicii de ingrijire la domiciliu, servicii de baza si suport pentru viata de zi cu zi; - Acces in viata comunitatii prin participarea activa la programele derulate in cadrul Centrului de zi; - La sprijin/consiliere in situatii ce impun ajutor; - La servicii sociale specializate in functie de particularitatile fiecarei persoane varstnice ceea ce contribuie, pe termen lung, la siguranta confortului zilnic - La asigurarea unei mese pe zi pentru persoanele varstnice aflate in risc de excluziune sociala; - La asigurarea igienei lenjeriei de corp/pat si alte materiale textile folosite pentru persoanele aflate in dificultate; Serviciile sociale dezvoltate in cadrul proiectului sunt in acord cu Strategia nationala privind incluziunea sociala si reducerea saraciei 2015-2020 in sensul ca vor raspunde nevoilor specifice ale persoanelor varstnice din Localitatea Baia Sprie, in special pentru persoanele varstnice cu nevoi complexe, aflate la domiciliu; Astfel, pe termen lung, proiectul conduce la crearea unei retele sustenabile de ingrijiri sociale si sociomedicale atat la domiciliul persoanelor varstnice cat si in centrul de zi prin crearea unui mediu familiar persoanelor varstnice si implicit proiectul conduce la prelungirea si imbunatatirea calitatii vietii persoanelor varstnice din Localitatea Baia Sprie.     The aim of the project is to develop a social services infrastructure in Baia Sprie and increase the coverage with social services, by establishing a set of integrated services without residential component for the elderly. The general objective of the project “Development of social and sociomedical services for elderly people in Baia Sprie City” is to establish and develop social services appropriate to the needs of 170 elderly people from Baia Sprie. The objective of the project is to ensure the access of older people to integrated services in accordance with their specific needs, improving the quality of life, promoting active participation of older people in social life, obtaining an independent/safety for people with long-term care needs. The development and innovation of social services appropriate to the specific needs of the elderly in Baia Sprie will be supported by the measures set out in the Strategic Action Plan of the National Strategy for the Promotion of Active Ageing and Protection of the Elderly for the period 2015-2020 (approved by GD 566/2015), so that in the long term, in Baia Sprie, older people will have access to: At home care services, basic services and support for everyday life; — Access to community life through active participation in the programs developed within the Day Center; Support/advice in situations requiring aid; — To specialised social services according to the particularities of each elderly person, which contributes, in the long term, to the safety of daily comfort – to ensure a meal per day for elderly people at risk of social exclusion; — To ensure the hygiene of underwear/beds and other textile materials used for people in need; The social services developed within the project are in line with the National Strategy on social inclusion and poverty reduction 2015-2020 in the sense that they will respond to the specific needs of the elderly in Baia Sprie, especially for elderly people with complex needs at home; Thus, in the long term, the project leads to the creation of a sustainable network of social and sociomedical care both at the home of the elderly and in the day care center by creating an environment familiar to the elderly and implicitly the project leads to the prolongation and improvement of the quality of life of the elderly in Baia Sprie.
